I have been to gyms in the past and never kept up membership or my enthusiasm for exercising. Charlotte was recommended to me by a close friend and I was sceptical as too how I would feel as my confidence was so low; however it has honestly been the best thing I have done for myself.
I have been working with Charlotte to develop every part of my fitness, and within 6 weeks I have seen a huge difference, not only in my fitness levels but in my self-confidence. I have lost weight and inches, which has been a big boost and I am working towards my personal goals which Charlotte has helped me set.
Charlotte has an excellent teaching method and will always make sure I fully understand each exercise, why I am doing it and which muscle group it is working. Over the sessions I have built up a comfortable relationship and trust with her, which is allowing me to push myself. Charlotte personalises each session so it is always different which has kept my interest, I am actually enjoying getting out in the fresh air in all weathers and exercising, the best thing about it is the way it makes me feel. I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend Charlotte to anyone regardless of fitness level.
PT and adult swimming lessons
I would highly recommend Charlotte not only for PT but also for adult swimming lessons... I started off as a very nervous/weak/ no technique swimmer within 2 lessons I am a confident, stronger swimmer with a much improved technique. Charlotte is motivational and worth every penny..... I have also dropped a dress size due to her diet advice !
I really enjoy personal training sessions with Charlotte. She is motivating and really pushes me to work that little bit harder (where I would stop if I was in the gym on my own!). We do a whole variety of exercises giving me a complete body workout. Charlotte always keeps sessions varied so they never become boring. I am able to identify areas I want to address then Charlotte will devise sessions to suit these and I can really see results. My fitness is always tested and this is what I really like most.
I would recommend Charlotte as a PT, she is motivational, tough and effective. She employs variety in her sessions and is enthusiastic in encouraging me to attain my goals.
